About ZOPS
ZOPS began during my graduate senior baseball season playing for Shippensburg University. We created ZOPS to program our alumni playing professional baseball on a daily basis. It quickly grew and adapted for our clients’ unusual circumstances during the Pandemic.
My name is Zack Zoller. I love baseball and fitness. ZOPS combines the two, building customized workout plans geared towards baseball players. We also work with athletes of all sports as well as the general population. I officially began my coaching career at TheVeloFarm, in Forrest Hill, Maryland. I am currently interning at Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, Massachusetts.
Why are we different? You can call me as much as you want. I will always be here for you. I live for this stuff. I understand what it’s like to want to play at the next level.
I quit my college baseball team. For two years I walked the campus of Shippensburg as a NARP. I quickly regretted my decision, and trained for eighteen months alone. I walked back onto Ship’s team as a senior bullpen catcher (I know what you’re thinking, pretty low.) While most college seniors are looking for jobs or applying to medical school I was taking a Mike Hope fastball off the thumb in sub 30 degrees. (Or if your name is Jack G you do both....) I decided to come back for a graduate year to lead the troops, and play one more year in Center Field. Success wasn’t built when I came back. Eighteen months alone changed me forever. I will get you to the top, because the view is beautiful.
